 My Account & Orders
1. What are the delivery charges?

IAMBRIDAL.COM  provides free delivery on most items in India. Some items may have shipping depending on the nature of the product. For International orders, the shipping charges will imply based on the country and zip code. Any octroi in India needs to be paid by the receiver and IAMBRIDAL.COM is not liable for any such additional expense related to shipping in any circumstances.


2. What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is within 7-12 working days for domestic orders and 21-30 working days for international orders. All orders get shipped within 5 working days. Cash on Delivery may reach within 5-7 days at the specific location where this model is applicable.


3. How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, DTDC, First Flight, Madhur Courier and Fedex. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.


4. Does IAMBRIDAL deliver internationally?

IAMBRIDAL now has started to deliver items internationally, specifically apparel line and select accessories section. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. We use currently  as our preferred partner to deliver your shipments safely and timely to you which is normally within 12-15 days anywhere in the world.


5. How can I track the delivery of my order?

All IAMBRIDAL items are delivered through reputed courier partners who normally provide a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.


 Cancellations & Returns
6. What if I need to cancel the order ?

Cancellation after dispatch is normally not possible as a policy but still if you intend to return the product, you can dispatch us back the courier and charges of doing so will have to be bared at your end. For more details on our Return Policy please visit the Delivery & Returns section.


7. What is the Return Policy ?

We have easy return policy so that you can buy our products at ease and without any worry. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 2-3 days from the date of receipt at your address, and we will try to resolve your refund request. In case of damaged products, please send us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Since we have a strong quality check system, damage of any product is likely to be in transit and we will ensure that the same is repaired and return back to you or replaced if possible. The return shipping to IAMBRIDAL for the product will be borne by IAMBRIDAL or its associates, if t either of them are at fault. For more details visit our Delivery & Returns section. 


8. Is there any Warranty Policy ?

You're offered a 03 months warranty on IAMBRIDAL Apparels, only if bill is there or warranty card is there.This includes free repairs for anything that goes wrong in the product. (If mis-handling is done, then it is chargeable even within 03 months.For e.g.:- pen mark, cut by a scissor, burnt, etc…) If no bill or warranty card is there, then no free repair i.e. it will be chargeable if requested to us.


9. Is Warranty policy applicable for all Products ?

No Warranty Policy is applicable only on Apparels being offered of IAMBRIDAL Retail Brand.

Also please note product bought during sale or discount schemes cannot be returned, repaired or exchanged and don’t come under any warranty policy until specified separately.

Above return policy/ warranty currently is applicable only on Apparels, Watches, Kitchenware, Footwear or any other product/jewellery on IAMBRIDAL.COM being either sourced/manufactured/directly offered. All the other products and services sold or offered on IAMBRIDAL.COM remains uncovered under any such policy or clause and may attract individual cancellation or warranty based on the manufacturer/supplier/seller offering its products or services using the online marketplace platform of IAMBRIDAL.COM.

10. What is My Account?


We've made it easy for you to view and update your account and orders any time through "My Account" after you sign in to your account. With "My Account" on www.iambridal.com you can :

  • Manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids
  • Change your password
  • Track the status of your orders
  • See your Wishlist
  • Checkout your returns & credits
  • Create Customer Care tickets for your orders and other queries
  • Checkout your vouchers

11. How do I know my order has been confirmed?


Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed immediately. IAMBRIDAL.COM will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your IAMBRIDAL.COM account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery. In case of Cash on delivery orders, you will receive a confirmation email from our IAMBRIDAL.COM & also a call to you on your registered phone number.


12. Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

You can certainly place your interest by clicking the section 'Inform me when available' and we will surely try our best to make it available for you.


13. How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses - as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap. Multi level quality check process followed by IAMBRIDAL makes it further reliable and trustworthy.


 Order Status
14. How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can review the status and other information of all your orders in “my account section” which you can access after login.  This will take you to your Account page, where you can click on the “ MY Orders” OR “Order History & Details” to view the status of all orders.To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Reference Id”. At each step of status change you also get an email notification hence you can keep yourself updated even when you are not logged in.


15. What do the different order status mean ?

The following status of all orders are reflected in your account and notified via emails on successful receipt of payments in our bank account:

Payment Accepted : Order is confirmed and receipt of payment made by you is acknowledged from our end.

Preparation in Progress : We have received authorization from the payment gateway/bank and are processing your order.

Ready to Ship : Order is quality checked and packaged to be dispatched at your desired/notified address.

Shipped : Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.

Delivered : Your order has been delivered at your specified delivery location.

Canceled : The order was cancelled either by you after placing it or by IAMBRIDAL.COM.

Refund : In both the cases refund of any payment received will be processed and notified to you within 10-14 working days.


16. When and how can I cancel an order ?

Cancelation is acceptable in select cases only and IAMBRIDAL.COM reserves the right to charge cancellation charges if applicable in any form whatsoever as a deductable amount while processing refunds. The cancellation charges may apply even to services (wedding vendors, hotel bookings, flight reservations, holidays, cruise bookings etc based on third party guidelines.All such cancellation guidelines and terms will be notified along with the refunds. 


 Shopping and Payment
17. Is it necessary to have an IAMBRIDAL account to shop?

While it is not necessary to have an IAMBRIDAL account to browse through our online store, we surely ask you to register before placing an order or completing your transaction. This enable customers to have a safe and secure payment gateway access and also ensures that all your transactions are recorded in your my account section. Also benefits like discounts, loyalty rewards, vouchers etc. are extended to only registered users. For placing services request like destination weddings or hiring the services of wedding vendors you may do it without login or account creation also.


18. How do I make a payment for an IAMBRIDAL purchase?

IAMBRIDAL offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. IAMBRIDAL and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information which is powered by PAYUMONEY. 19. What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is an alternate method of purchasing from us. In the COD payment terms or COD service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance. Please note that the courier person will give you the parcel only after he receives the cash payment. You cannot open the parcel before payment. 20. I am asked by Courier Company to pay Octroi. What should I do?

Nagpur , Sangli , Dombivili , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri & Chinchwardi , Kothrud (Pune) , Ahmednagar , Pune , Akola are Octroiable cities. Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities. IAMBRIDAL.com is not responsible for any octroi payments.


21. What if I don’t opt for PAYUMONEY to make Payment ?

If you choose Pay Check (courier the cheque to our corporate office) or Direct Bank Transfer, you need to use your own online bank gateway login to transfer funds and then email is the NEFT transfer receipt along with the invoice copy. 

The notification of Bank details of IAMBRIDAL or corporate office address to send the cheque in favour of " Iam Bridal Fashion & Lifestyle Private Limited" will be received at your end via email.

This is an additional process which will ensure your order is placed but will surely delay the shipment as in both such cases your order will be dispatched only on the credit confirmation from our BANK. 


 PayPal Option for Customers outside India
22. What is PayPal ?

PayPal, the trusted leader in online payments, enables buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. You can choose the USD currency on www.iambridal.com if it is not reflectling by default and on final page of order confirmation you will get this option.


23. Is it safe to use PayPal ?

Shop and pay conveniently by saving your information with PayPal.PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared.


24. What if I don't have PayPal account ?

If you donot have PayPal account of your own , you can either create it or just opt for paying thru your credit card using PayPal payment gateway, both the options are available on www.iambridal.com for your convenience.

On every Product Page down below on right hand side you will find this button to easily check out for making payment. Default currency automatically gets converted to USD on the payment Page. 

Do note that if you are using an Indian Bank issued Credit Card this may not get accepted. In such case you can continue on the product page , add it to cart and choose Payumoney option in normal process.
